Easy how-to: Making a chocolate eclair cake
Whether you are experienced in the culinary arts or a total novice in the kitchen, anyone of any skill level can make this delicious chocolate eclair cake with minimal ingredients and no baking required.
What you will need: one box of graham crackers, two instant vanilla pudding mix packages, four cups of milk, and one package of prepared chocolate frosting.
First, line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan with graham crackers. Break them apart if you have to in order to fill out the entirety of the pan.

Next, in a large separate bowl, combine the four cups of milk and the package of vanilla pudding mix. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula to start the initial mixture, then use a hand mixer to further break up the remaining solid chunks. Use the hand mixer until the mixture is completely smooth.

Next, pour the now-ready vanilla pudding over the layer of graham crackers in the pan. It helps to use the wooden spatula to smooth over the vanilla pudding on top of the graham crackers to ensure an even amount of coverage.

Next, create another layer of graham crackers by laying them on top of the vanilla pudding layer. Like before, cover all of the vanilla pudding’s surface to ensure texture consistency.

Next, heat the container of prepared chocolate frosting uncovered in the microwave for approximately 45 seconds or until the frosting is in a mostly liquid state. Then pour that chocolate frosting over the aforementioned graham cracker layer and smooth it out with a wooden spatula.

Finally, cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cake for 6-8 hours, depending on the preferred consistency; cooling it for a short amount of time results in a crunchier texture, while refrigerating for longer allows the graham crackers to soften into a cake-like texture.
